Captain Joe, a dedicated fishing enthusiast, embarked on his fishing journey at the young age of 10, casting lines for King Mackerel on Johnny Mercer pier in 1987. From those early days, his love for the sport blossomed, leading him to explore various fishing techniques and styles.

In 1998, Captain Joe took his passion to the next level by acquiring his first boat, marking a significant milestone in his fishing career. Fueling his desire to share the thrill of off-shore fishing with others, he earned his captain's license through the United States Coast Guard in 2010.
